Labs: try a change on real data first

A new Labs section in the workspace answers one question at a time on your real data, from where a threshold should sit to what a new version would change, without changing anything.

  • Workspace

Labs now have a section of their own in the workspace. Each lab answers one question on your real data and changes nothing, and most update as you type.

  • Why does a question answer what it does, for up to 200 users or accounts at once, with the reason for each. Bring a CSV in and take one out.
  • What would a new version change before you activate it, and how many answers an hour it would produce.
  • Where should a threshold sit: see the distribution and move the line.
  • Compare and look back: whether a handful of accounts are one actor, and what a question answered an hour, a day or a week ago.
  • Saved scenarios for the questions your team asks again, and labs for decisions on plans that include them.
