Automated decisions

Let Aggrelis take the last step: read what it needs, apply your rules, ask an AI model only where the rules leave a case open, and keep a record of every answer.

  • Decisions
  • Workspace

A question tells you what is true about a user, an account or a device. A decision goes one step further and answers with an action, such as approve, review or decline.

  • Steps you put in order in the workspace: read values, compute, record an event, apply your rules, and optionally ask an AI model.
  • Your rules come first. Clear cases are settled by rules without any AI cost, and rules after the model can guard its answer.
  • A safe answer, always. When nothing else answers, the fallback you set does, and your rules keep working when a model is down.
  • Ask inside a request, or on a trigger, with the answer delivered to your webhooks.
  • A record of every answer, with what was read, which rule or model answered, and why. Try a new version on real data, or run it in the shadow of the live one, before it counts.
